Trộn đều các loại gia vị mắm, đường, giấm với cơm. Sau đó nắm cơm thành từng miếng dài, tròn tùy ý.
Trứng đập ra bát, thêm xíu muối và 5 thìa sữa tươi không đường đánh tan, đều và lọc qua rây lọc. Chiên trứng làm 2 lần rồi cuộn trứng lại. Thái từng miếng dài.
Lá rong biển cắt dài, rộng khoảng 2cm.
Lấy từng miếng cơm và trứng gộp lại. Lấy lá rong biển cuộn chặt lại và xếp vào đĩa. Làm như vậy cho đến hết nguyên liệu. Sau khi cuộn xong thưởng thức ngay. Có thể chấm thêm nước sốt cà chua hoặc tương ớt...Chúc các bạn thành công!
